Tans Patisserie began its journey in Pimpri Chinchwad Pune, Maharashtra, with a vision to blend classic French inspired techniques with locally inspired flavors. Tanshi Sanju Menon
The heart behind Tans Patisserie is our founder, Chef Tanshi Sanju Menon a passionate pâtissier with an eye for elegance and a love for flavor.
Chef Tanshi’s culinary journey began at Incredible Arts Kochi, where she completed her Diploma in Patisserie under the prestigious City & Guilds London curriculum, mentored by none other than renowned chef Rumana Jaseel. Along with the diploma she have also specialized Program in Bakery from APCA, sharpening her techniques and deepening her understanding of global baking traditions.
Her dedication, attention to detail, and creative spirit form the foundation of everything we do at Tans Patisserie. With every recipe she crafts, Chef Tanshi brings not just skill, but soul honoring tradition while embracing innovation.
